UPVfab
UPVfab is the R&D facility and microfabrication pilot line of the Universitat Politècnica de València. The facility consists of 500m2 ISO-7 (class 10.000) clean rooms and positions to provide service with automation tools for backend processing of semiconductor wafers.






UPVfab is the result of the joint work of up to five research institutes located at the UPV, namely: the Institute of Telecommunications and Multimedia Applications (iTEAM), the Institute of Chemical Technology (ITQ, UPV-CSIC), the Institute of Instrumentation for Molecular Imaging (I3M, UPV-CSIC), the Centre for Research and Innovation in Bioengineering (CI2B) and the Inter-University Institute for Research in Molecular Recognition and Technological Development (IDM, UPV-UV).
